30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition — unused, unopened, with all original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and full instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note that returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sales@tamarisusa.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include:

• Opened or used haircare, skincare, cosmetic, and personal care products

• Perishable goods

• Custom or made-to-order products

• Hazardous or flammable materials

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return your original order and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
